Submit evidence (e.g., screenshots or recordings) to customer support within 48 hours of the match. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon verification.
  2. Failed Transactions Due to Invalid UPI/Bank Details: If a transaction fails due to incorrect UPI or bank details, you may request a refund. Contact customer support with transaction details within 7 days of the failed transaction. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  3. Disconnection During Gameplay: Refunds or replay opportunities are not provided for disconnections during gameplay, as connectivity issues are beyond our control. We recommend ensuring a stable internet connection before participating.
  4. Game Crashes or Server Issues: If a match is disrupted due to game crashes or server issues on our end, refunds are at the discretion of the YodhaPlay team. Submit a request with evidence to customer support within 48 hours. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  5. Incorrect Custom Room Settings: If a custom room’s settings are incorrect (e.g., wrong map or mode), you may request a refund. Contact customer support with proof within 24 hours of the match. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon verification.
  6. Elimination by Unregistered Players: Refunds are not provided if you are eliminated by an unregistered player, as we cannot verify their participation status in real-time.
  7. Elimination by Unregistered Hackers: If you are eliminated by an unregistered hacker, you are eligible for a refund. Submit evidence to customer support within 48 hours. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon verification.
  8. Matches Starting Early: If a match starts before the scheduled time, preventing your participation, you may request a refund. Provide proof (e.g., screenshots of the match start time) to customer support within 24 hours. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  9. Canceled Matches: If a match is canceled by YodhaPlay for any reason, a full refund will be automatically issued to your account within 3-5 business days.
  10. Registration Fee Issues: If your registration fee is deducted but you are not added to the match, submit proof (e.g., transaction receipt) to customer support within 24 hours. Upon investigation, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days if the issue is verified.

2. Refund Process and Timelines

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email or the Help Center with your request.
  2. Provide necessary details, such as match ID, transaction ID, and evidence (e.g., screenshots, recordings).
  3. Requests must be submitted within the timelines specified for each scenario above.
  4. Upon verification, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment method and banking processes.

Note: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction. If the original method is unavailable, we will coordinate with you to provide an alternative solution.

3. Responsible Gaming and Regional Restrictions

YodhaPlay is a skill-based gaming platform intended for users aged 18 and above. We are implementing strict age verification to ensure compliance. Additionally, due to state-specific regulations, YodhaPlay is not available in Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, and Telangana. Refunds will not be processed for users found to be in violation of these restrictions.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal dispute to our support team. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the refund decision. Our team will review the case and provide a final resolution within 15 business days. If the dispute remains unresolved, it may be referred to mediation or arbitration as per Indian laws.
