This Fair Play Policy outlines the rules and guidelines designed to uphold integrity, promote honest gameplay, and ensure a level playing field in our skill-based battle arenas. By participating in YodhaPlay, you agree to adhere to these policies, which are aligned with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable Indian laws. Violations may result in penalties, including prize forfeiture, account suspension, or permanent bans. We aim to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all players.

To maintain a fair gaming environment, all participants must adhere to the following rules:

1. Removal from Custom Rooms for Non-Compliance: You may be removed from a custom room if you fail to comply with match rules and regulations (e.g., using offensive language, disrupting gameplay). Repeated violations may lead to account suspension.
2. Reporting Hackers or Cheaters: If you encounter suspicious gameplay (e.g., aimbots, wallhacks), report it to customer support within 48 hours of the match. Provide evidence such as screenshots or recordings for investigation. Verified reports may lead to the violator’s ban and potential refunds for affected players.
3. Teaming Up in Solo Matches: Collaborating with other players in solo matches (e.g., sharing locations, teaming against others) is strictly prohibited. Violators will forfeit prizes and may face account suspension for 30 days on the first offense, with permanent bans for repeat offenses.
4. Reports Without Valid Proof: Reports of misconduct or cheating submitted without sufficient evidence (e.g., video proof, screenshots) will not be considered. Ensure you provide clear documentation when reporting violations.
5. Grounds for Severe Penalties: The following actions may result in a permanent account ban, rejection of pending withdrawal requests, and permanent revocation of withdrawal access:
   • Inappropriate Behavior: Abusing, harassing, or using offensive language toward customer support or other players.
   • Unauthorized Tools: Using hacks, cheats, mods, or third-party software (e.g., aimbots, scripts) to gain an unfair advantage.
   • Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account to manipulate match outcomes or rewards.
   • Exceeding Participation Limits: Participating in more matches than the daily limit set by YodhaPlay to prevent exploitation.

Violations of this Fair Play Policy will result in the following penalties, depending on the severity:

• Warning: For minor offenses (e.g., first-time use of offensive language).
• Temporary Suspension: 7-30 days for moderate offenses (e.g., teaming in solo matches).
• Permanent Ban: For severe offenses (e.g., hacking, multiple accounts).
• Prize Forfeiture: Loss of rewards earned through unfair means.

Appeals Process: If you believe a penalty was applied unfairly, you may appeal within 7 days of the decision. Submit your appeal to customer support with your account details and evidence supporting your case. Our team will review the appeal and provide a final decision within 15 business days. Decisions after appeal are final.

YodhaPlay is a skill-based gaming platform intended for users aged 18 and above. We are implementing strict age verification to ensure compliance. Additionally, due to state-specific regulations, YodhaPlay is not available in Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, and Telangana. Violations of these restrictions may result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.
