YodhaPlay is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and honorable competitive environment for all players. This Fair Play Policy establishes the rules of conduct, prohibited behaviors, enforcement mechanisms, and appeals processes governing all activity on the platform. It is designed to comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and aligns with the framework affirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India distinguishing skill-based games from games of chance.
By registering for or participating in any YodhaPlay tournament, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this policy in its entirety. Violations may result in forfeiture of prizes, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
All participants on YodhaPlay are bound by the following conduct standards across every tournament, bracket match, and platform interaction:
- Compliance with Match Rules — Players must follow all rules communicated for their registered match format, including room conduct, spawn protocols, and communication standards. Non-compliance may result in immediate removal from the custom room.
- One Account Per Player — Each player may maintain only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes, rankings, or rewards is a serious violation subject to permanent ban.
- No Unauthorized Software — The use of any third-party tools, scripts, mods, aimbots, wallhacks, or any software not officially part of Free Fire to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
- No Teaming in Solo Formats — Collaborating with other players during solo-format matches — including sharing positions, coordinating attacks, or agreeing to avoid engagement — is prohibited regardless of intent.
- Respectful Conduct — Abusive language, harassment, threats, or discriminatory behavior directed at other players, staff, or support personnel will not be tolerated.
- Accurate Reporting Only — Reports of violations submitted without sufficient supporting evidence (video, screenshots, match ID) will not be actioned. False reporting is itself a policy violation.
The following actions constitute serious violations and will trigger immediate escalated enforcement, including permanent account termination, revocation of all withdrawal access, and rejection of any pending prize claims:
- Hacking or Cheating — Use of aimbots, wallhacks, speed hacks, recoil scripts, or any unauthorized modification to the game client or network.
- Multi-Accounting / Account Sharing — Creating or operating multiple accounts, or allowing another individual to play on your registered account.
- Match Fixing — Pre-arranging match outcomes with other players or squads, including intentional losses, scripted eliminations, or coordinated result manipulation.
- Exploitation of Platform Bugs — Intentionally exploiting technical errors, platform bugs, or scoring loopholes for competitive or financial gain without reporting them to support.
- Exceeding Participation Limits — Registering for or competing in more matches than permitted under the platform's daily or tournament-level limits.
- Fraudulent Identity — Registering using false personal details, misrepresenting age or state of residence, or circumventing regional restrictions through technical means (e.g., VPN).
- Harassment of Staff or Players — Abusive, threatening, or defamatory conduct directed at YodhaVerse Innovations staff, support representatives, or other players via any channel.
YodhaPlay operates a zero-tolerance fraud framework. All tournament results are logged immutably. Suspicious patterns trigger automated flags and manual review before any prize disbursement occurs. This protects both player trust and platform financial integrity.
Penalties are applied based on severity and frequency of the violation. YodhaPlay reserves the right to exercise discretion in applying penalties appropriate to the circumstances of each case.
| Severity | Example Offenses | Penalty |
|---|---|---|
| Warning | First-time offensive language, minor conduct breach | Formal warning issued. Second offense escalates to suspension. |
| Moderate | Teaming in solo match (first offense), room disruption, false reporting | 7–30 day account suspension. Prize forfeiture for the affected match. |
| Severe | Hacking, multi-accounting, match fixing, fraudulent identity, repeat offenses | Permanent ban. All pending withdrawals rejected. All rewards permanently revoked. |
In all cases of prize forfeiture, amounts are redistributed or held in accordance with the tournament rules applicable to the affected event. Penalty decisions are documented and retained for a minimum of 24 months.
Players who believe a penalty was applied incorrectly may submit a formal appeal. The following process applies:
- Appeal Window — Appeals must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the penalty notification.
- Submission Requirements — Appeals must include: your registered account details, the specific decision being contested, and all supporting evidence (match recordings, screenshots, match ID, timestamps).
- Review Timeline — Our integrity team will review the appeal and communicate a final decision within 15 business days.
- Finality — Decisions issued after the appeal review are final. No further escalation within the platform is available after appeal closure.
- Good Faith Requirement — Appeals submitted in bad faith or with fabricated evidence will be dismissed and may result in additional penalties.

YodhaPlay is a skill-based competitive platform designed for adult players. We are committed to promoting responsible participation and protecting vulnerable users.
- Age Requirement — The platform is available exclusively to users aged 18 and above. Age verification is enforced during registration. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately terminated and any prizes forfeited.
- Participation Limits — Daily and per-season match participation limits are enforced to prevent compulsive over-engagement. Circumventing these limits is a policy violation.
- Self-Exclusion — Players who wish to voluntarily suspend their account may contact support. Requests will be honoured within 48 hours.
State-Level Restrictions: Due to applicable state regulations, YodhaPlay is not accessible to residents of the following states:
Attempting to access the platform from restricted states using VPNs or other circumvention tools constitutes a violation and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated rewards.
YodhaPlay depends on its player community to help maintain competitive integrity. If you observe suspicious gameplay or conduct that violates this policy, you are encouraged to report it through official channels.
- Reporting Window — Reports must be submitted within 48 hours of the match or incident in question.
- Required Evidence — All reports must include: match ID, approximate time of incident, and supporting documentation (screen recordings are strongly preferred; screenshots are accepted). Reports without evidence cannot be actioned.
- Investigation Process — All verified reports are reviewed by our integrity team. Investigations may take up to 10 business days. We will not disclose the outcome of enforcement actions taken against other players.
- Protection for Reporters — Players who submit good-faith reports will not face retaliation. Malicious, repeated false reporting is a policy violation.
Submit reports to contact@yodhaplay.in with subject line: REPORT — [Match ID] — [Incident Type].
