Welcome to YodhaPlay, a skill-based gaming platform where warriors battle for glory! By participating in our platform, you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These rules are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all users, while complying with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable Indian laws. 1. Platform Rules

To ensure a fair and competitive environment, all participants must adhere to the following rules:

  1. Gameplay Recording Submission Deadline: To verify fair play and prize eligibility, you must submit gameplay recordings within 2 hours after the scheduled match time. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility for prizes.
  2. Winnings Transfer from Banned Accounts: Winnings from banned or inaccessible accounts cannot be transferred to another account, as this ensures compliance with our Fair Play Policy.
  3. Minimum Resolution and FPS Requirements for Recordings: Gameplay recordings must meet a minimum resolution of 480p and 30 FPS to be considered valid for review. This ensures clarity for fair play verification.
  4. Cancellation of Withdrawal Requests: Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it cannot be canceled to ensure secure and streamlined processing.
  5. Changing UPI Details After Withdrawal Request: UPI details cannot be modified after a withdrawal request is submitted to prevent fraudulent activity. Ensure accuracy before submission.
  6. Appeal Process for Unfair Account Bans: If you believe your account has been unfairly banned, you may submit an appeal within 7 days by contacting our support team at business@yodhaplay.in. Include your account details and evidence. Appeals will be reviewed within 15 business days.
  7. Impact of Account Ban on Match Registrations: All upcoming match registrations will be automatically canceled for banned accounts, and no refunds will be provided for those registrations.
  8. Participation During Account Review: Accounts under review for suspected violations (e.g., cheating, multiple accounts) are prohibited from participating in matches until the review is completed, ensuring fairness for all players.
  9. Prize Allocation for Rule Violations: If both teams violate match rules in a short map match (e.g., using unauthorized tools), prizes will still be awarded to the winners, but both teams may face penalties as per our Fair Play Policy.
  10. Financial Responsibility Disclaimer: Participants are solely responsible for their financial investments on the platform. YodhaPlay is not liable for monetary losses, and refunds will not be provided unless specified in our Return Policy.

2. Responsible Gaming and Regional Restrictions

YodhaPlay is a skill-based gaming platform intended for users aged 18 and above. We are implementing strict age verification to ensure compliance. Additionally, due to state-specific regulations, YodhaPlay is not available in Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, and Telangana. Participation by users in violation of these restrictions may result in account termination and forfeiture of rewards.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on YodhaPlay, including but not limited to logos, designs, game assets, and text, is the intellectual property of YodhaPlay or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent. By submitting gameplay recordings or other content, you grant YodhaPlay a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content for platform operations and fair play verification.

4. Termination of Access

YodhaPlay reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access to the platform at its discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions or other policies (e.g., Fair Play Policy).
  • Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Failure to comply with age or regional restrictions.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, and you will lose access to your account and any associated rewards.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of YodhaPlay will be resolved through the following process:

  • Contact our support team at business@yodhaplay.in with details of the dispute within 30 days of the issue.
  • Our team will review the dispute and provide a resolution within 15 business days.
