Download YodhaPlay from Google Play, create an account, and go to the Tournaments section. Select an open tournament, register, and ensure you meet the eligibility criteria (18+ and not in restricted states: Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana).
Check your payment method and internet connection. If the issue persists, contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or email (see below) with your transaction details. Failed transactions are eligible for refund as per our Refund Policy.
Prizes come from a pre-declared prize pool and are awarded based on your final rank and performance (kills, survival time). Distribution is transparent and occurs after the tournament concludes. Platform fees support operational costs and are non-refundable after participation.
If your account is flagged for review (suspected cheating, multiple accounts, etc.), you cannot join matches until the review completes (typically 3-5 business days). You'll receive an email with the outcome, and you can appeal within 7 days by contacting support.
Submit evidence (screenshots/recordings) within 48 hours of the match to contact@yodhaplay.in. Include the match ID and incident details. Verified reports may lead to the violator's ban and possible refunds for affected players, as per our Fair Play Policy.
Absolutely. We collect minimal data (username, email) to deliver our services, and we are working towards full compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. All transactions are encrypted, and we do not store sensitive personal information. See our Privacy Policy.
