Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria (18+ and not residing in restricted states like Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, or Telangana).

What should I do if I face a payment issue?

If you encounter a payment issue (e.g., failed transaction), check your payment method and internet connection. If the issue persists, contact our support team at business@yodhaplay.in with your transaction details. Refunds for failed transactions are processed within 5-10 business days, as per our Return Policy.

How are prizes distributed in tournaments?

Prizes are distributed from a pre-declared prize pool based on your rank or skill level at the end of the tournament.
