Welcome to YodhaPlay — India's skill-based Free Fire tournament platform. By downloading the app, creating an account, or participating in any tournament or activity on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
All users are required to comply with the following platform rules. These rules apply to all tournaments, matches, and platform interactions.
Gameplay Recording Submission
To verify fair play and confirm prize eligibility, you must submit gameplay recordings within 2 hours after the scheduled match end time. Recordings must meet a minimum resolution of 480p at 30 FPS. Failure to submit valid recordings within the deadline renders you ineligible for prizes for that match.
Banned Account Winnings
Winnings associated with banned or suspended accounts cannot be transferred to any other account. This policy ensures compliance with our Fair Play standards and prevents circumvention of enforcement actions.
Withdrawal Requests — Final on Submission
Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it cannot be cancelled. This ensures secure, streamlined financial processing. Verify all withdrawal details — particularly UPI details — before submission. UPI information cannot be modified after a withdrawal request has been placed.
Account Ban — Effect on Registrations
Upon account ban or suspension, all upcoming match registrations associated with that account are automatically cancelled. No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations resulting from a ban. See our Refund Policy for all other refund scenarios.
Accounts Under Review
Accounts flagged for suspected violations — including cheating, multi-accounting, or fraudulent activity — are suspended from match participation until the review is formally resolved. This protects the integrity of ongoing tournaments.
Prize Allocation in Rule-Violation Matches
If both teams are found to have violated match rules in a completed match, prizes may still be awarded to match-result winners, but both teams remain subject to applicable penalties under the Fair Play Policy.
Ban Appeals
If you believe your account has been banned or suspended incorrectly, you may submit a formal appeal within 7 calendar days of the decision to contact@yodhaplay.in with subject: APPEAL — [Username] — [Date]. Include your account details and all supporting evidence. Appeals are reviewed within 15 business days. Decisions after appeal are final.
Participants are solely responsible for their financial decisions and any monetary outcomes on the platform. YodhaPlay is not liable for monetary losses arising from tournament participation. Refunds are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy.
YodhaPlay is a skill-based competitive platform designed for adult players. We are committed to responsible gaming practices and compliance with all applicable state and central regulations.
- Age Requirement — The platform is available exclusively to users aged 18 and above. Age verification is enforced during registration. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately, with all associated rewards forfeited.
- One Account Policy — Each person may maintain only one registered account. Multi-accounting is a serious violation subject to permanent ban.
- Participation Limits — Daily match participation limits are enforced. Circumventing these limits via any means is a policy violation.
- Self-Exclusion — Users may voluntarily request account suspension at any time by contacting support. Requests are processed within 48 hours.
State-Level Access Restrictions — Due to applicable state-specific regulations, YodhaPlay is not available to residents of:
Accessing the platform from restricted states — including via VPN or other circumvention methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated rewards.
All content on the YodhaPlay platform — including but not limited to the YodhaPlay name, logo, interface design, game structure, bracket systems, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of YodhaVerse Innovations or its respective licensors, protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property law.
- No Reproduction — You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from YodhaVerse Innovations.
- User-Submitted Content — By submitting gameplay recordings or other content to the platform, you grant YodhaVerse Innovations a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display such content solely for platform operations, fair play verification, and promotional purposes.
- Third-Party IP — YodhaPlay is an independent platform and is not affiliated with Free Fire or Garena International. All Free Fire trademarks, game assets, and related IP are the property of their respective owners.
YodhaPlay is an independent esports tournament organizer. The use of "Free Fire" in platform descriptions refers to the game being played in tournaments, not an affiliation with or endorsement by Garena International.
YodhaVerse Innovations reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account and/or access to the platform — with or without notice — for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions, the Fair Play Policy, or any other platform policies.
- Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities in connection with the platform.
- Providing false registration information, including misrepresentation of age or state of residence.
- Accessing the platform from a restricted state or via circumvention tools.
- Actions that, in YodhaVerse Innovations' reasonable judgment, harm the platform, its users, or the integrity of competition.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You will lose access to your account, any associated wallet balance subject to the Refund Policy, and any pending or future prize claims.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, YodhaVerse Innovations disclaims liability for:
- Financial Losses — Any monetary losses arising from participation in tournaments, including entry fees paid for matches not completed due to technical failures, force majeure, or third-party outages.
- Third-Party Services — Failures, outages, or data issues caused by third-party services integrated into the platform (e.g., payment gateways, cloud hosting, analytics providers).
- Platform Downtime — Loss of access to the platform due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical failures.
- User Conduct — Actions, behaviour, or content generated by other platform users.
YodhaPlay is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
Participation in skill-based competitions involves risk of financial loss. YodhaPlay's disclaimer framework is designed to align with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, while clearly delineating platform liability from individual player risk. This is a standard and legally sound posture for skill-gaming platforms operating under Indian law.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from your use of YodhaPlay or these Terms will be resolved through the following staged process:
Step 1 — Direct Resolution
Contact our support team at contact@yodhaplay.in with full details of the dispute within 30 days of the issue arising. Include your account details, relevant match IDs, and supporting documentation.
Step 2 — Internal Review
Our team will investigate the dispute and provide a formal written response within 15 business days of receipt of all required information.
Step 3 — Mediation or Arbitration
If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, it may be referred to mediation or binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian law. The seat of arbitration shall be Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not resolved through arbitration.
YodhaVerse Innovations may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in platform operations, applicable law, or business practices. All updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of YodhaPlay following publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.
